Hello, I am planning on reforming my clan (RTN) soon and would like a new base. I would highly appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. BTW; money is not an issue. I want the highest quality possible. Thanks, Bax

Sub-Futuristic. As in; advanced looking, but not a Sci-Fi orientated base. It would also have to incorporate a body of water in some form (even just surrounded by an ocean will work).

I don't build forts, but here's a tip.... One of the hardest things to accomplish, is to get a fort designer to finish your fort. This is true, even if you are paying them an exorbitant amount of money. Make sure you monitor that they are actually out of it, or they will just "drop" the project. I've gone through seven different fort designers, and each of them "dropped" my project.
