This has been re-written because people didn't grasp the previous version.
ROBLOX uses it's OWN time feature. We see it in small places everywhere. When we post something on group walls or on the forum, it'll have a time. Or when we receive a PM, it'll also have a time stamp. This uses ROBLOX's time. To find ROBLOX's clock, you click on the Forum button. Right next to the "Search Roblox Forums" bar, you'll see this
"Current time: Dec 8, 5:47 AM"
That's the time ROBLOX the web site uses.

My two suggestions.
1. Make It Big!
Make ROBLOX's time easier to find. Perhaps on the home page, there will be a clock DISPLAYING THE TIME THAT ROBLOX USES. People use ROBLOX's times to start raids, group meetings, meet-ups in games, etc, etc, etc. Making it easier to find would help. Also to know how far ahead/behind you are in regard to ROBLOX.
2. Make It Live!
Make ROBLOX's time live. I still have my browser open and it still said "5:47 AM" but it's "5:49 AM" in real time. So I want the ROBLOX clock to work in real time, if it goes to 5:50 AM, the clock should change. Not stay the same until its refreshed.

Hopefully now that I've marinated the idea in Explicit Sauce, a frozengaia product, you get it.

so you're saying that roblox has its own time, different from all of the other timezones? whatever timezone is an hour behind eastern is the timezone that roblox uses, i'm pretty sure.
making it big would just confuse people. for all of the users not in that time zone, it would just be useless.
so, as i said in the other thread, just look at a clock.

california uses the pacific time zone (correct me if i'm wrong; i just googled this) and i'm in the eastern timezone. this timezone is probably an hour before i am, because it said that you posted this at 8:10 and it's 9:15 where i'm at right now. the enormous clock would always be an hour behind, and i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who's not in this pacific timezone. it would be useless for those that aren't, because it would be one big huge wrong clock. now, for the people in the pacific timezone it could be helpful, but let's take a look at everyone that's not. and plus, i personally just look at my own clock when telling my friend(s) to meet up with me in-game.

it's not irrelevant that california has a pacific timezone. the roblox HQ is in california, and you said that the time displayed on the website is as they use in the roblox HQ.
therefore, if i'm constantly looking at the roblox time instead of my own, i would be an hour back. and no, it's not just for the eastern people. all these other timezones are different from this pacific one, and the wrong time would be put at the top.
note that as i say wrong time, it would be wrong for all those not in that timezone. YES I UNDERSTAND THAT TIMES ARE DIFFERENT GLOBALLY, but tell me how much you would appreciate a clock at the top of the screen that has a time different from yours in real life?

Yes, but the timezone that ROBLOX uses affects the idea in absolutely no way. The idea wouldn't change if ROBLOX used Siberia's or Paris' time zones. So stating and trying to peg a, sorry but, poorly constructed argument based on what timezone ROBLOX uses is irrelevant because the idea is not influenced by whatever timezone ROBLOX uses AT ALL.

1. There's no such thing as "the wrong/right timezone". Every place, due to the structure of the planet Earth, has different time zones. 1. I wouldn't care because it's extremely easy to ignore
2. How much time do you spend staring at your home page? Very little.
3. If this is your issue, that for a few seconds every day, you're gonna see a sizably visible clock displaying live time of a time shown ALL OVER THE SITE, you need to deal with it. Life gets harder. And you shoud take that to heart because I despise the "Suck it up" mentality.
