I was thinking about NBC/BC group owners and was thinking that they should be able to not sell shirts, but give them away for free. This would be a great update for war groups. (I'm not sure if this is against the WNTS but I have read them.)
This is how it works:
A group owner goes into their group store.
Then, they click on a button in the lower right hand corner that says: Make FREE group uniform.
Then, they upload the template for the shirt.
