The scrollbar on the new Leaderboard works less than half the Time for Me.

Try clicking and dragging in the direction you want the leaderboard to go. If it doesn't work, it could be the place, or lag.

Make it like your scrolling up, that ussally goes down for it somehow...

new leaderboard is ugly and bad designed because semi-transparent team colors + background = hard for eyes to see the real color >:/
