However, you can in fact enable 'Bevels' so that they are shown despite your frame rate. At this point, this is not recommended, as most graphics cards will not be able to handle these effects. However, if you feel it is worth the try, follow these simple steps;
1. Open ROBLOX Studio
2. Goto Tools -> Settings -> Rendering
3. Set Bevels to ON.
4. Make sure graphicsMode is either Direct3D experimental or Automatic
5. If you have a really good graphics card, also set Anti aliasing to ON, it will make the bevels look even better.

That helps for me, yes. Problem with making a game though is that I'm not going to be the only one who plays it, and I can't expect everyone to go out and change their settings simply for one game.
