Not being able to re-install ROBLOX.

First, I was trying to play games. "FAILED TO CONNECT ID=17" Whatever that's supposed to mean.... & then since it wasn't working I decided to un-install roblox. So I did that. Now I'm trying to install it again & it won't work. It doesn't even say "run" what am I supposed to do? BTW : I have a windows 8 HP laptop & I use google chrome. Can somebody please help me? Does anyone else have this problem? Or do you know any solutions? Do this have to do with some "update" ?
