We definitely need to see a more completed place to give suggestions. Come back when you've got a small village made (I assume that's your goal?).

Well the carpenter/smith needs a bed or cot somewhere to sleep on. And he needs cupboards to store his food. He might also have a back room or shed which has a deer hanging by its haunches. That would be a rockin' build. If you can make a realistic looking hanging deer, you'd get mad EBR props.
