Why not when something you made is pending, that if it's against rules it doesn't get accepted so you can not get banned. ;D?

Well the reason why I posted this is because my main got banned for making 8-ball underwear (Like 8-balls all around it) and I got banned. It made NO sense to me at all why I got banned, also here's another suggestion: to make the mods accept more stuff, because it's getting ridiculous of what doesn't get accepted. I MEAN WE CAN SAY KICKASS AND BADASS NOW! LIKE HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT AGE APROPPIATE.

@Casino: I assume creating underwear is inappropriate for a children's game, hence why the mods denied it and punished the person for uploading it.

Well also the issue is that sometimes when I make some clothing during the day, it gets accepted, then when I make it during night, it doesn't get accepted. So I change part of the clothing so it can be reviewed again and it gets accepted. I did this with the 8-ball underwear, and it got me banned, but that confused me because I had NO idea it was bad or against rules.
