Simply set an auto-decline on a player for a group, type in their user name and they will be added to a list of people that will be auto declined from the group, you can give other ranks to also auto decline players. It is for people that constantly try joining after their request is declined or people that could be exiled out of free-to-join groups. Their auto-decline can be lifted at any time by simply taking them off the list.
