I don't know whether this is a bug or just ROBLOX not wanting to allow ROBLOX Mobile users building in personal servers but when I join one tools don't show up. And no, it's not the permissions, I own the personal server in question and it's fine on PC.

I have not tried to play a Personal Server off of a Mobile Device yet, but I'll take your word for it. My guess is that either your idea is correct and they do not want mobile users building on PBS's, or that the GetWebPersonalServerRank() function is not working for mobile devices as of yet.

I think it is that ROBLOX don't want you building on mobile devices. ROBLOX has already said that ROBLOX Studio is a desktop application and they want to keep it that way. However, it's not as if the ROBLOX build tools are hard to use on mobile devices, I find using them easy on Welcome to ROBLOX Building, this is on my iPad. So I don't think usability is the problem, I'm just not sure.
