What clan should I play as?
I was thinking the Date, but also the Tokugawa.
And no, I'm not interested in the Otomo yet. |

Tokugawa here.
Being Vassal to Imagawa it slightly annoys me when you only have 2 provinces. You just need to wait for som time when someone finally declares war on Imagawa. |

Yeah, but I hate the diplomatic (uhhh, can't think of word) repercussions when you declare war on an ally.
It looks like a hard clan to play as. You've got the Oda nearby, the Takeda, Hojo, and maybe even the Uesegi. |

The fact that Uesegi is hard clan to defeat when they steamroll whole Eastern Japan and that's the provinces which are large enough. |

I've played the Uesegi, fun clan.
I didn't find them that hard, they were more fun. I don't even use Samurai when playing as them, I just use Warrior Monks. |

Well. It's hard clan for me to defeat when you have another problem which is Ikki-Tokki steamrolling the Middle Japan. |

Ikko Ikki is usually stomped because of the horrible diplomatic minus they get from having a different religion. The clan that has supreme siege engines is fun to play as their starting position is difficult. |

Oh.. that clan is terrible, but hilarious when you see an enemy encounter them. |
