DECALS Not showing up

I have been creating a place over the past several days and I don't have BC so I can't put a decal or an image up to get peoples attention. So, what I did was I created a cool frozen picture of a dummy to get attention with a decal in the background to show what the game is, BUT whenever I save my place (from roblox studios) and look at it the decal isn't there. I also made a custom Lighting for the background of my place and that STILL didn't show up. Is it because of a wrong link? Did Roblox get rid of Decals for Images? What can you do to fix this? Please help, thanks.

So you made a place, and positioned the camera so you will see a decal when you click on the place? And then it turns gray?

It doesn't turn grey after I click it, after I save it in Roblox Studios and see what it looks like it's grey.

The image has to be reviewed by moderators first before you can actually see them, I'm pretty sure.

There is a possible way that you might disabled the image in ROBLOX Studio properties setting. If so, I can teach how!

I always have that problem, try and make sure the decal has pended and rendered, but if that does not work then i am not too sure

When I go to catalog.. I can't search decals. Only hair, clothing, featured and gear.

Welp, images and decals in a quiz aren't showing up for me either. Even when opening the logs with F9, theres so many errors in game, that say "Asset ID - Image Failed To Load"

Ok so far, I upload my decals, and I can see them just fine when I'm in a game, but other people can't see me. Roblox is taking too long with approving them. It's already been a few days and they won't make them visible to anyone even though I can.
