As is is NBCs have 5 options.
1.Join a group and stick with it until they are second in command.
2.Co-Create a group therby ensuring the place of second in command.
3.Buy BC and create a group -_-
4.Run around on the forums whining and not reading the WNTS post -_-
5.Lobby for something reasonable. Like paying 1k to create a group if you are an NBC
Postscript. No screaming about anything on this list. #5 I believe is a fair idea seeing as the bloxxer would almost certainly have to buy robux or have had BC to get that much.
