Swearing is now allowed to an extent.
Religious/political discussions are allowed at times, as long as they don't get out of hand (Believe me, I've seen quite a few forums)
We ARE getting 13+ features.
Everything that is being allowed now that wasn't earlier, is part of the 13+ updates. -_-
