WE GOT ATTACKED BY SOME CRAZY GUY WHO ONCE PLAYED A VIDEO GAME THAT HAD WEAPONS IN IT AND WE ARE IN NEED OF A SCAPEGOAT, WHAT DO WE DO?
WE BLAME THE VIOLENT VIDEOGAME WHICH THE OTHER 99,999% PERCENT OF THE COMMUNITY CAN PLAY WITHOUT KILLING 26 PEOPLE.

I didn't even have to read half of that.
But nope we won't let them burn books because we like books and we grew up with books and we like their authors, even when many books still contain violence. The A Song of Fire and Ice series, L O T R trilogy, and the HP series come to mind.

The only good thing about this is that it's 'voluntary'. But I'm assuming people will be pressured into commiting the mass murder of their beloved DVDs, games, etc...qq

Definitely agree with Stanley here. The media is always blaming games for shootings this time is no different. I would say more but just look at stans comment he said it best. |

No, it's just a nearby town probably with not many connections too other than economy acting out in blind rage, I can understand for the people related to the people who died or knew them as a friend etc. to act out, but seriously, it's not like everybody in that town has relations with the people who died. Why should they care if they don't have any relations? and besides, polluting the air with burning plastics is never the answer, |

Even if video games were a motivation to do it, the video games still didn't kill anyone. |

The appropriate reaction from gamers would be to not do anything. Completely disconnect us from the events and these nutjobs instead of going aggressive. |
