Find all of the alts and delete them, if the user comes back and reactivates the account that's that.

I would agree to delete spam alts, so that groups and ROBLOX user count can be caught in a more accurate way

I'm famous on another account. I use this so that when people join the game, they dont scream and say "O NO WAI IT's (my real account)". That's why roblox hasn't made emails a unique thing.

And how will the moderators find the difference between alts and the real users anyway?

Well first, if the user doesn't have any hats, items, places, groups, sets, ect and hasent been used in months, then its probably a user who made the account for 1 time use and there is no need for that.
