Main Attacks:
Noob Throw - He throws a noob, Obviously .-., Low damage.
Noob Army - He summons a bunch of noobs, Does moderate damage.
Special Attacks:
Noob Spawner - He spawns a noob spawner, Spawning noobs every 5 seconds, Disappears after 25 seconds.
Noob Gun - He gets a gun that shoots noobs, Distracting the players view for 3 seconds.
Guest Shield - He gets shielded by a group of guests, Each with 500 HP, They disappear after 20 seconds.
(The attacks don't do anything, But the noobs/guests they spawn do.)
Ultra Attack (you can make this REALLY strong, but you can only use it once per battle. i will make a condition that has to be met before you can use it. max is 1):
Noob Ultimatum - Summons a giant noob that stomps on the player, Does high damage, (ranges from 50 to 150)
Perks:
Noob Orb - All attacks will become noob-themed.
Aaand thats it.
Change it if its kinda overpowered.

Dark Aura (Increases random stat)
Hack (Target has hacked status,changing appearance randomly and causing 170 damage (80 if too strong) as it attacks itself after it's attack)
Dark Sword (Does 200-250 damage (50-100 if too strong))
Transform (Mimics opponent's appearance and attacks,stats stay the same,only uses at low health)
Special Attacks:
Summon xolbor (Summons xolbor,causing the background and attack styles (except 3002adc's) to invert and reverse,for example,attacks will hit self,lasts 3 turns)
Big sword (Stronger version of dark sword,does 200-250 damage)

I will use Distracting Pain.

Main Attacks:
Zap - does low damage, chance to shock.
Rain - does medium damage. can't use while Floating.
Fog - makes the battlefield foggy. can't use while Floating.
Float - floats away. increases dodge chance, but can't use certain moves.
Flood - does low damage over 3 turns.
Special attacks: (all can't be used while floating)
Tornado - medium damage, chance to take a medium amount of HP and give it to you.
Chain Lightning - hits all foes for low damage, high chance to shock.
Mini Tornadoes - spawns three mini tornadoes that each do low damage. chance to take a low amount of HP.
Ultra Attack:
Hurricane - very high damage, takes a lot of HP. buffs attack for 3 turns. must have 10 Mini Tornadoes with you to use.
Perks:
Charged - each turn you don't use Chain Lightning or Zap, their damage increases by 25. bonus damage is reset when used. bonus damage - 50
Non-Solid - most physical attacks (swords, arrows, stuff like that) miss.
Magma Giant uses Magma Shoot and Burn!
