The story takes place in a dystopian post-apocalyptic future in the nation of Panem, where boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 18 must participate in the Hunger Games, a televised annual event in which the "tributes" are required to fight to the death until there is one remaining victor. Each tribute is brought through a training to use the best of thier ability. They will be put through test and skills to see what they are truly capable of. This movie is a great idea from whoever directed it. I have seen a vast amount of people love,watch, and discover more of The Hunger Games.
