1. It's not easy to make a 3d model.
2. Costs $100-$400 for the program.
3. You must script to get it put on the player at all times.

Noobs would just make noobish hats that are 1 extremly crazy or big witch would make it laggy
2 thay cud easly spam hats and mess up the hole systum or 3 thay will make some wird bloody crapy thing that gross ppl out and pluse it cost like 100-500$ to do it so there 3 good resons why its a BAD idea. |
