when i try to join a game it freezes up on me and when i try to build it does exactly the same!

Surprisingly, an NVidia GEForce m9600 512MB. Not something that would be causing a problem, right? |

Not every issue has to do with Graphics Card.
Alot of forums I see they want to give Graphic Card Data.
This computer is a 2004-05 Laptop.
I really don't think its ur graphic card.
Roblox has a poorly built maintained system because it is not a day job..
it's just a small business where admins come on like 2or4 Times a Week not every single day. Plus they make these stupid and pointless updates which causes more problems more than it fixes.
So it isn't your card... its Roblox.
The only solution to your problem is uninstalling then Reinstalling.
Otherwise remove Roblox from your computer then download it again.
Then Reinstall.
If the problem persists then you have to ask an admin.
If they don't fix it well... then youll have to endure these problems till they fix everything... which is not going to happen any time soon.

Roblox has a new featrue that could help us diagnose the problem you are having.
1) Open Roblox Studio.
2) Go to Tools|Upload my logfiles ...
3) Do whatever it is that causes the freezup.
4) Quit roblox however best you can
5) Start roblox studio again.
6) (wait around some while the logfiles get uploaded)
7) Post a message on _this_ thread saying you did so, so I can go and find your logfiles!

This is due to your computers speed, it is not ROBLOX, or the server you are in. Some computers are fast, some are slow. Its simple.
Now. This is pretty much about your processor. Your processor is what makes everything happen on your computer, it makes calculations, it runs your computer... Controls it.
In order for ROBLOX to work, please look at the system requirements page. If you are on a Laptop, of course ROBLOX will be slow, due to Processors on Laptops not being as up to date as the new, Dual Core processors and such.
So to solve this problem, your solution would be to match or over rate the system requirements for Roblox. This can be found in Builderman's Help Page. |
