Countries can break treaties. And they can as more do it if they have nuclear weaponry and the treaty is about NOT using it. Why do you think Iran would sign this? That's right, because they want to take their infamy down.

Yes, but Israel just refused to sign it, If Iran breaks the treaty, the international community would go against it, and operations will be planned and performed against it ASAP. If Israel does use the Nuclear weapons, there will not find that, simply because they never agreed to not using them. --- What. The internatial community will glass a country for launching nuclear missiles. It doesn't matter if it signed a treaty or not. Which is my point, treaties "to not launch nuclear weapons" are really only to decrease infamy, the treaty can be broken, and even if you didn't sign a treaty, the world will still glass you for the fact that you actually launched them.
