I'm sick of having issues, and when I go to contact ROBLOX, all I get is the SAME MESSAGE from a BLOODY BOT. Hire someone for God's sake, you all aren't broke.

The automated bot is just there to notify you that your message has been sent and will be replied to soon. A real person will end up answering, just not like, "HEY DAWG, I UNDERSTAND YO PROBLEM." So if they sound like a robot, they're not.

Besides, its not an automated bot. Sure, it may look like it, but its just the admins replying back to whatever you need help with.

Not when it's regarding billing issues. Even if it was the right answer, they aren't going to take the time to copy-paste a message into the email. Plus, I send them a message about billing issues and I get instructions on how to boot ROBLOX Studio back. How is that the right answer?
