I'm sick of having issues, and when I go to contact ROBLOX, all I get is the SAME MESSAGE from a BLOODY BOT. Hire someone for God's sake, you all aren't broke. |

The automated bot is just there to notify you that your message has been sent and will be replied to soon. A real person will end up answering, just not like, "HEY DAWG, I UNDERSTAND YO PROBLEM." So if they sound like a robot, they're not. |

Besides, its not an automated bot. Sure, it may look like it, but its just the admins replying back to whatever you need help with. |

Not when it's regarding billing issues. Even if it was the right answer, they aren't going to take the time to copy-paste a message into the email. Plus, I send them a message about billing issues and I get instructions on how to boot ROBLOX Studio back. How is that the right answer? |
