This is important, so please read it and don't say that it was too long. I go around this forum seeing people having problems with installing ROBLOX. You may have a virus from another site you have visited, check for warning signs of a virus and seek help. DO NOT attempt to trust any "Free download-virus cleansing" software. If you recently downloaded any "free software" such as music downloading stuff, or video downloading stuff, or any other stuff like that, go delete it immediatly. If the software did not cooporate with deleting, you have most likely caught fraudware in your computer. If your protecter is not detecting any virus, think of trying again. When I got the "Trojan Virus", my computer didn't see it and my dad had to delete all the software manually. At first, the software didn't go away. Just keep trying to delete it.

Check for viruses or keyloggers by pressing ctrl shift escape, go to Processes, go to the bottom and look for winlogon.exe. If you have two you have a virus. It's no use deleting it. Get a new computer or get it checked out by a pro.
