Get rid of Roblox Talk

This is a subtle change (which is why I'm keeping this short) that I personally think'll make the forums look more professional as well as less confusing. As we all know, Roblox Talk has all but been officially labeled "another Off Topic forum". In fact, it was even REPLACED by "All Things Roblox". If you'll go down to RT today, you'll find that it's INCREDIBLY similar to the forum below it. Naturally, this forum's existence is therefore irrelevant. Since a forum already exists to "talk about Roblox" (as RT was originally intended for), and another forum exists as a hangout for "Robloxians to talk about various topics" (as is mentioned in RT's new description), RT is a pointless part of the forums that would best be put out of its misery (excuse my extreme rhetoric).

Actually, the OTers are the immature ones (my current primary forum is actually VGF, but I'm a former OTer). Combining RT and OT would really make for a far more peaceful forum atmosphere considering how many "wars" they have with each other.
