I've noticed that, in order to keep players interested in their game, game creators will exaggerate, mislead, or completely lie about the contents of their game. The game creator will lie about the title of the game, like saying "Survive a Plane Crash", when the actual game is a poorly-made tycoon. This is extremely frustrating, and is only done so the game creator can gain more money. I think that there should be a system in place to punish players that do this. Players should have an in-game button on the "Report abuse" menu that allows them to report the game if the thumbnail or title are misleading. As with other reports, false reporting will not be tolerated. A three-strike system would be in place. First offense: Warning. Second offense: Temporary ban from hosting public games. Third offense: Ban from hosting any public game, tickets/Robux reset. This system would make it easier for Robloxians to find games that interest them. It would also encourage game creators to make unique and fun games to keep players playing. I hope you agree!

Don't exactly ban them, just make the picture get deleted like when I t-shirt/shirt gets taken down.

I thought about that, but then where's their incentive to stop doing it? All that deleting the picture would do is encourage them to post it again. By banning them from hosting public games (not banning their character), they can't do it.

If a title or picture is misleading, delete the item and give the owner a warning. After 3 or so warnings, delete the place?

Sort of. First warning, they are just given a warning and told to change it, but nothing is deleted. Second warning, the user is temporarily banned from hosting any public games and the game in question is deleted. Third offense, the game is deleted, user's tickets/Robux are reset to 0, and he/she can no longer host any public games.

3rd offence is a bit harsh, don't you think?

Should be (Can Host Public Games, but not gain any money from it.)

Banning from hosting ANY Public game at a third offense would be kinda harsh. Support though
