I think that this idea is the most efficient way for roblox to take Robux out of circulation: destroying robux... with robux.
Basically, you can pay robux to Roblox to have a certain amount of robux taken away from another player. This in turn, takes away robux to take away more robux, and we could easily take away robux from people polluting Roblox like Base Wars and Catalogue Heaven. I know I would pay 200 dollars to do that!

What is the point of this? The roblox market is in a capitalist point of view. You earn your money by working (building good games) and if you don't you will be poor.

Again, explain to me, what is the point of a feature to remove robux from another player? How would you feel if I put 50K robux in to remove them from you?
