Next time I get a Metroid game, it will be Metroid 2, (the gameboy one) Zero Mission, Or Hunters. Which one should I get and why? ~As the potatoes fly, derpiness is in the air.

Metroid Prime Hunters. It's graphically superior to the others if you care, has multiplayer (+easy to troll hackers), good campaign (although repetitive), and easier to remember controls (Although they're a pain if you're not using a 3DS. The L/R button can make your finger(s) hurt)

Also, you cannot get any suit upgrades on Metroid Prime Hunters (which is about the only negative I can think of), but you can with hacks, altering your colour scheme from those of multiplayer (blue, purple, and phazon suit colours). These suits do absolutely nothing, however.

Can you get any beams besides the Omega Cannon or the Hunter weapons in multiplayer? ~As the potatoes fly, derpiness is in the air.

@dark No, but if you pick Samus, your missiles track your foes as if you were locking on. (only works if you aim at that player)
