Technically I'm saying is that I haven't seen you use leadership.
All you've done is buy/take free modeled forts and came to training and go afk for all of it. You also hardly even talk on the wall nor answer back to my PM's.

I'm on my school's Basketball team and we have games on Tuesdays and Thursdays while we have practice on Mondays, during that I'm in a Curling club that runs on every Wednesdays. During school this month my class has been getting tests and exams and right now I'm half way done the Mid terms.
I think you just need to step it up a bit.
