I find that making noobs start off with a 2.0 body, no cloths/hair, and no face at all is very painful. Why not give them a few default items to get them excited about roblox!
1 hair option - boy/girl
1 hat option - N/A
2 sets of Roblox Civilian cloths (Ya know like a hoodie and some jeans mabey?) - N/A
Mabey a "Starter Skateboard" (I know new guys go crazy over that stuff)
I know it's probabally not a good I dea and that they already get 10 tix to start off with but it would get them more excited and promt them to buy more builders club and robux.
Because you know what they say!; Give someone a little taste of something good and they'll take it all!

they already have girl/boy options,they have 1tix skateboards(the TMNT skateboard),hats and some clothes sell for 1 tix. you can probably add all the tix amount and youll have atleast 5 tix left |

Those are buyables. And most noobs (Believe it or not) don't know how to buy and equipt items. Plus the 3.0 bodies are trash. That's why noobs start with them!

...Overall your idea does give some great perks for beginners, but it all seems a bit unorthodox then you anticipated. As much as we would throw our valuables away to assimilate that our actions was for a good cause, we gotta understand what our possessors intend to do with it.
And from my perspective, and possibly from several others: this could influence the ever-so inevitability of Online Dating. HOWEVER, I do understand that these petty items could possibly do us harm. But also in a way, our users (Not all in entity) are known for doing ridiculous manifestations, also concurring to how our community was formed. |

Because I highy dout their original purpose of playing roblox is to find a GF.
One major Issue I see growing on youtube and other places is that most people think roblox is stingy and too stubborn to give them more.
I believe if we give them something different than 10 tix every day, they would be content and not beg for more. |

Support! But, I think that they should lose the item after 6 months. After 6 months, you should know how to buy and equip gear and clothes. This way, you can't just stick with the freebies.

Hair itself has made a big commodious influence to our users. Alongside personal accessories and inexpensive virtual hats, I wouldn't find it hard to make an utmost impression. But I wouldn't find it easy, either. At least not as wearing those hats that clearly identify a user's gender, unless considering mixed thoughts if to most.
As I said, it depends on the user. Extra currency could be accommodated to able the user into more of the catalog's products, but we can't be too sincere if the outcome becomes bleak and takes another approach rather than happiness.

And how do you suppose they pay for the servers, maintenance, workers, bandwidth, and actual existence of the website? Oh, or are you talking about having food, and houses? Yes. The ROBLOX admins are people too, and in order to uphold a company with success, your workers need to be happy. This means they need homes and food. You know, to live? I'm not give noobs more money cash places ect, I'm saying give them default items and some user-friendly starter cloths or something :D.
