like actually have a respectable label with people who can write lyrics

The Hood used to be like that. Then any rapper joined. But to reach the top ranks you need to be good.

My group Hood Records once had few members but all were perfect.
Now I teach rappers and as their skill improves (takes a while) so does their rank.
