The Constitution and Codex documents are being removed, in favor of a policy of morality; simply put, we don't NEED rights and rules written down, because our high ranks lead by them, and the quality members of UAF follow them regardless.
Departmentalization of high ranks (besides Intellect, Combat, and Design, that is) is going to be abolished, so that all high ranks have the ability to assist UAF in all areas.
Weekly meetings are also being done away with (for now, anyway), and any problems that need to be discussed will be discussed in a group cha,t on XF, and include the high ranks online at the time as a means of promoting fast and decisive action.
Also, EmptyBaseplates and ShatteredRealites 120 are now Generals, but maintain their previous jobs in the Variantia system.

I would feel more comfortable if there were absolute rules rather than interpretable ones. It could lead to corruption; it's not like the US is going to do away with the Constitution just because there are disputes over it. |
