(Thanks guys for wanting me to write this; sometimes stupidity on my part makes me think)
This small 10-by-10 foot, white padded, almost empty room is your home. You've awoken in it, you exercise in it, you eat in it, you learn in it. Every day; every night, this padded room is home. The only thing that tell you what to do, your only friend is the voice within your head. He feeds you, he comforts you, and he controls you.

You are roughly placed on a examining table; the cold steel sends chills down your spine as the light above you makes you wince. You are strapped down as two men are heard arguing, the noise is muffled though. "Fine, but I tell you this reforming will have side effects!"
Before you could see the man, a needle is placed within the neck, and you slowly lose consciousness.

With much effort you roll over and stand. You first notice the padding is soft on your feet, and the room is bare except for a tread mill, and a padded desk. Easily you also notice the door, which is also foam to the right corner of the room.

You awake with a pain in your neck. Your body feels soft with a padded bed under you. All around you is white padding, and bright lights. |

Now naturally, the first thing I'd do is try opening the door, but of course that isn't going to work.
So I'll instead just try doing something with the treadmill, I guess. |

Before you can move towards the tread-mill, a clear voice cracks within your skull, "Hello! You are finally awake!" A female voice calls |

Not knowing of the voice's source, I start to cover my ears with my hands. |

The room is really simple; a bed is behind you, the door is encased in the pad to the far right, and a desk, and a treadmill are to your left; both padded. |
