My studio won't open

I get this error when I try to open it: "The verion of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, then contact the software publisher."

Im having anathor error with studio exept i cannot even join games after I uninstalled my player.. it wont even let me reinstall roblox. [MERCS20990/]]: Builder,Graphic artist,Leader.
