I don't see this saddening event to be just a blog post and over with, it is obviously going to be spread throughout ROBLOX for a week or two. And this is how ROBLOX could spend their week? :)
-Make the ROBLOX account and the guest set up exactly like Erik's avatar
-Make a blog post on how the staff has felt on this day?
-Create a few hats in memory of this event, free?
