I can't get Studio 2013 to install

Been frustrated over last few weeks with glitches with 2013 so we finally uninstalled Roblox AGAIN today, then reinstalled it from roblox.com/install. But now we can't figure out how to install Studio. We tried unstalling the versions of Studio that Roblox kept loading from the Control Panel and it finally went away but now we can't figure how to download the new improved version from today's blog (2/15). We tried playing games and clicking on Build. Still no Studio. We don't see the Edit a Place button. I've searched the Forum, and Help, and the Blog. I dont' remember how we got Studio in the first place. Please tell us what to do. Thanks for all advice.

Crap. Why can't the Help Website and the FAQ and all the other instructional folders with the gold stars in this Forum simply say: "Once you have installed Roblox from roblox.com/install, click on the Start button in the lower left hand corner, then go to Programs, then find the Roblox folder, then click on Roblox Studio 2013". How in the hell long time did I look around trying how to figure this out. Now I hope it works better since all those fixes....

Here Go and delete all of your roblox/robloc studio Stuff off your computer. Next You go and re-download it and then run them and after that if it dosin't work either it's your computer or You can just re-do what i just put at the top - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Here Go and delete all of your roblox/robloc studio Stuff off your computer.
