they're actually Chinese characters and they're all inverted!!! those characters dont have any relationship and meaning at ALL.

That ninja thing is drawn anime-style. Anime = Japanese. Although they look like Chinese, it can be Japanese.

Wait, now I realize it's a Roblox gear. I don't know which language it is, then. But Japanese Kanji is a high possibility. Also, those things are called shuriken.
