HD Guide 6.0 This division is dedicated to the members that have stood out over anyone else in the main army. You may gain entrance by doing something outstanding on the battlefield, or even throughout long and hard work. Either way, upon entrance, consider it a personal thank you from the high rank administration to you. Once entered you will begin to help the members of FEAR to blossom even more. This guide exists to answer most any question you may have about the Honors Division. Use it as a resource when you may have something unanswered. You are not required it to the last period. Read what you need. 〓Table of Contents〓 ►[1] Purpose ►[2] Acceptance ►[3] Rank Descriptions ►[4] Additional Guidelines ►[5] Conclusion ►[1] Purpose◄ The Honors Division is meant for the great members of FEAR. Whether a contribution on the battlefield to a contribution in internal FEAR. Once entered, you are expected to spread your knowledge of the greatness to FEAR. There are a few purposes to the Honors Division 1. First, as mentioned before, you have greatly contributed to the overall prominence of FEAR. Therefore, you will be shown in HD how to instead just know how to help FEAR, teach others how to assist FEAR. Example to others how to be great. Thus you are making all of a FEAR a better place. - 2. To have members who have contributed to the greatness of FEAR to blossom in the section that they have contributed. Thus forth they will be able to help FEAR in this certain section even further than they had before. - 3. A division that will encourage members of FEAR to work harder to better FEAR. They will goal to enter the Honors Division which shall make them even more prone to help FEAR. Each member will have more potential. - Summary: Honors Division is for the great members of FEAR and the contributors of it’s overall greatness. Members in HD will learn how to spread the ways of prominence to other members. HD will act as a motive for FEAR members. ►[2] Acceptance◄ The acceptance into HD can be a vigorous and rough course. As confirmed before HD is for the exceptional members of FEAR that have contributed greatly. It will be divided into certain admission steps. Three to be exact. >1.Credits// To begin with you must attempt to do something of extraordinary excellence. Your objective is to show that you are able to help FEAR in a prominent way. You are able to enter the HD from credits. There are 3 different Honor Credits that give you the power to enter HD. Credits are awarded if you do something grand that is beneficial to FEAR. These are the following 4 credits; - -1.BattleField Credit This is reserved for the brilliant excellence of the skilled members of FEAR. If you show you assisted in a major raid. Basically, it means you were the main force of the FEAR team, and you won the raid for that team. Or it could mean you have shown excellence in the Replica Force division, when it comes to trainings. You were recommended by a Replica Force supervisor or high rank. Skilled is a broad topic. It means you are advanced in sword fighting, gunning, discipline, or coordination. - -2.Internal Credit Internal credit is awarded by any assistance to the internal section of FEAR. This basically means you helped in a reformation or event. And that this reformation or event is beneficial to FEAR and is of course successful. You are also able to enter HD by creating a proposal, idea of sort, that is beneficial to FEAR beyond numerous other proposals. And that the proposal at hand has made a major positive impact of the Venezian Union. Entrance is also able by this credit if you show assistance in diplomatic negotiations, solving an argument, or helping a primary division blossom. Helping the high common additionally can get you in by Internal credit. - -3.Creative Credit Creative credit is awarded by innovation and construction of objects that require an exceptional amount of creativity. Construction of a fort, training place, and other helpful areas to Venezia will give you this credit. In addition, scripting an object that assists Venezia will give you this credit. Finally, artistic help, such as creating logos and other decals will help you enter HD. Armacham Technology Corporation leaders and supervisors are able to recommend you for this credit for Honors Division. - -4.Additional Credit Other exceptional actions that do not fall under any of the credits above may get you into HD, but need the approval of a supervisor of Honors Division. - Once you have done a certain action that falls under one of the credits presented you are able to apply for the Honors Division. First, you must title a private message to one of the Advisers or above. The message title should be “Honors Division Application-Step 1”. You must follow the template below: F.E.A.R Rank: Credit Applying For: Credit Evidence: In the credit evidence you must put a few or numerous reasons and proof on why the credit should be legitimate for you. For example if you would like to apply for internal credit you must put what you assisted in FEAR. Than supply it with legit proof. Either live, in a forum, place form, or decal form. If you assisted in a raid, you need a picture for that raid and live proof from people present at the raid. Applying for creative credit you might need to add a place link. -Live Proof- If you have life proof, you must have the member who is acting as your proof to private message the person you are applying too. Never follow the person you are applying to into a game. You may contact them in other platforms, but stalking is not permitted. >2.Admission Vote// Once you have sent in your private messaged, it will be reviewed. The message will be taken up to higher command. AKA, Advisers and Supervisors will vote on the following private message. The majority must accept. The Head supervisor has full right to accept and veto, as well as the Commander of Venezia. To prevent biases when voting, each voter must provide a sufficient and fair reason to either veto or accept the application at hand. If the reason is biased the vote will not be counted to stop favoritism or hate on a certain FEAR member. After the vote you will be private messaged whether the step 1 was accepted or declined. If declined you must wait 1 week before re-entering. We also recommend you use different or more proof when applying again. If you found your application to be unfair please contact the Head Supervisor for more information. If you are accepted, you will be admitted into the Honors Division, but you have 1 week to be promoted, or you will be exiled. When you are ready for an interview please private message the HONOR EXECUTIVE of the credit you are applying to. Title it “Honors Division Application-Interview”. The executive will inform the supervisors and you will move on. >3.Interview// To be promoted to an honor you must pass one last step. The interview stage, after you will be promoted to the honor of your choice. Once you private messaged the executive you will be later replied with the time and place of your interview. Each interview is unique. This prevents your ability to practice what you are going to say, and so that the admission board can decide whether you are applicable. The questions will all be different. Some may test your ability and others will assess your personality. By ability, we mean how well you do in that credit. Below are example questions. BattleField Example Questions: What is your strategy at a fort? How do you ensure victory over an opponent with a sword? Internal Example Questions: If two high ranks are bickering how would you solve it? How would you lead an officer reformation? What would you do create an alliance with a superclan? Technical Example Question: What are some scripts roblox use? Once you are over with the interview, you will either pass or fail. If you fail you can re-try in 48 hours. You have 3 attempts to pass or you must restart the whole process again. [INSTANT ACCEPTANCE] Instant acceptance can be awarded by the head supervisor or the commander. Private message either for more information. ►[3] Rank Descriptions◄ Below are the descriptions of the different ranks of HD. Accepted// Accepted is the rank for members who have passed steps 1 and 2 of the acceptance process. They can be easily exiled if they do not apply for an interview in a week. They have not yet contributed to the group or have proven to be extraordinary to FEAR. Members should not stay in this rank for a large portion of time, and will often be empty of any members. - Battle Field Honor// Battlefield honor is for members who have passed all three stages of the process. They have show they have skill in a certain subject and that they used this skill to help FEAR in some certain way. The certain skills are sword fighting, gunning ,discipline, and coordination. An outreach of RF. - Internal Honor// Internal honor is for members who have passed all three stages of the process. These members are helpful to the internal affairs of FEAR. They might have helped in a reformation or event that helped the moral and overall FEAR. Or they assisted in an external/diplomatic affair. They also could have majorly helped/reformed a primary division of FEAR. Basically they made a big difference in FEAR internally. - Creative Honor// Members of this honor are greatly creative (AKA Right Brain) and have helped created or singly made a great project for FEAR. This project can be in the building/construction part or the scripting/ developing part. This also could be an artsy logo or decal project. Either way beneficial to FEAR. An outreach of ATC. - Additional Honor// Additional Honors is doing something great which does not apply to any of the different Honors above. Reserved for these people who did something different. - Honor Executives// 4-8 people who help lead Honors division. Each (1-2) co-lead/lead a honor or credit. They help teach the members of each Honor to educate other members of FEAR how to be great. They help motivate other members of FEAR. Along with they help in the interview and process of stage 3 of acceptance. Each executive is picked by the advisers and the supervisors. - Adviser// Advisers are supreme consuls of HD. They assist the few supervisors in operations. They make sure HD is running well and keep it grounded and active. They also oversee that each executive is doing their job correctly and not slipping up. They are personally picked by the supervisors and commander, and they report directly to the Head supervisor(s). Veterans of HD. Supervisor// Supervisors are the heads of Honors Division. They assist in all parts of the admission process and oversee ALL operations of Honors division. This consists of HD leaders and Venezian leaders who have knowledge to lead the divisions. They choose advisers and Honor executives and also make sure everyone admitted into HD is fit for the division. Commander of F.E.A.R// The commander of the Venezian union. ►[4] Additional Guidelines◄ [-Moving Honors/Credits-] You are able to move from an honor or credit, but it is an irritating and annoying process. If you are only at the admission stage and have already submitted the first part and have passed the second part. You must re-enter your application for a different credit and be voted again. Meaning you start the whole process again. You pass or fail. You may always change back to the original honor. If you are already in HD and passed the interview stage you must first talk to the your Honor Executive if you are leaving that Honor. Than you will be demoted to accepted, and you will have to contact the other Honor Executive. He will either have you do just an interview or he will have you do the whole process again. He must be approved by a supervisor. [-Exiliation/Demotion-] You are always abled to exiled or demoted from your honors or the division itself if you are not sufficient in the division or do an action that is wrong. All FEAR and Venezian rules must be followed at all times in HD. If you do not follow the rules written on the FEAR guide many times you may be demoted from your honors or suspended. If demoted you must restart the 3rd stage of the admission process. If exiled you must start the ENTIRE process again. Do not break any rules or it may even result in a demotion in the main division. If you are inactive in meetings in Honors Divisions or trainings of the HD you will be demoted or later exiled. The executive will count how many times you are absent and soon report it to a superior. Only Advisers+ may demote and only supervisors may exile. [-Picking of Advisors/Executives-] Honors Executives are voted in. At the start of the division when enough members are admitted into acceptance, members with best applications will be promoted to Honors Executives. Or they may be hired without going through the process. Executives and Advisors can be either high ranks or mid-ranks, whoever has the best ability in the credit at hand. Advisors are picked by supervisors and the Head supervisor. They are chosen for their ability on leadership and maturity. They also should be proficient in most of the credits.
