The soldiers feel not invloves, therefore tend to be more dedicated. Also, it's easier to teach 10 soldiers versus 10,000 soldiers.

Compared to large clans, small clans have a much larger active-member/member ratio. Therefore; the numbers at trainings are actually similar.

Exactly, and it can focus on your soldiers more, and small clans have elite members, instead of nooby VIP members.

A superclan has more prestige, but has about the same amount of active members as a small clan.

I'd rather have a group of 40 elite skilled soldiers than10000 noobs. I don't want to go to raid someone and be represented by noobs, I want to be represented by the best.
