Well, I can, but it wont let me look up models..... Like this, I don't see models.. It says model search, and I click the other, It still says model search...

I can't log in either. It has a little loady thing then when I click log in it isen't there.

I used to have the same problem and I'm on vista. But I had to factory reset my computer... (My computer kept Blue-Screening and I had to factory reset.)
