Galactic Conquest: Entanglement
Space is still the deadly vacuum it has been.
The history of the CIP is revealed to the factions of Ceros by the TSE, who had been studying it for the last two years, possibly even more. The CIP, otherwise known as the Core of Interuniversal Peace, a rather misleading name considering the constant state of war, was a universe the United Universe Federation had watched over prior. The Terrans, having studied it, begin learning of prominent factions such as the Terg, Skekath, Brandain... and the UUF. The UUF's references are typically vague, with them constantly noted as as having completely averted the Terg's destruction on more than one occasion. The Skekath are noted as a very powerful faction which focused a large amount of its efforts on war production, especially against the Alliance. The Alliance was a combination of a vast majority of all factions known at the time, and there are still more that are not even noted as often.
Entanglement of affairs begins once again with diplomacy gone wrong.

Rule Zero: What the Director says, goes.
1: PreQuantum Technologies may vary from 10 posts to 350 (VERY late tech) posts, Quantum Tech will have a post limit simply PMed.
2: Techs must be named on the spot. Tech names and post count will be given by the Admins and Director.
3: Absolutely NO ubering/godmodding. If you uber/godmod, you will be ignored or possibly banned.
4: All other general RP rules apply, and Roblox rules apply.
5: Story mode please.
6: Do not kill storylines.
7: The UUF is not surpassable in technology.
8: No tech posts. Tech posting is when you simply post the research number with no actual content. Tech posts are also things such as "my character goes to the bathroom".
9: Obey the Administration.
10: All members start in the Ceros Galaxy's Verion Cluster or an adjacent sector unless otherwise approved
11: "It's not in the rules" is not an excuse.
12: Be reasonable with tech. "Creativity" is not an excuse to bypass TL limits.
13: There is a dynamic starter system, as it advances with the factions of the RP, ask for the current starter technologies, fleet sizes, etc prior to preparing a ship sheet.
14: Technologies availible is dependent on the member's suggestions generally, if you want a unique tech, design it yourself and submit it. Goes for all techs in general that branch off basics.
15: Tech suggestions to the base techs are allowed, but require the director to approve.
16: You must wait for an admin or the director to give the post count for your technology BEFORE researching it.
17: Any tech deemed too powerful, efficient, or effective will be denied regardless of scientific ability to create it.
18: The wiki is your friend, read it.
19: You decide what your FTL is, design its pros and cons. Wait for it to be accepted before using it.
20: Race specifics should not be outside their area of expertise. If you are good at everything, no race specifics.
21: High ESPER individuals and races require extra approval and mention of it.
22: You aren't required to start at the given starter TL, you may start lower (Not higher) than it if you desire the feel of a less advanced race.
