Being respectful to your comrades. Train hard. Obeying orders. Being Mature. Demotions- Asking for promotions. Not being mature. Not following orders. Not being in uniform at VI places. Not being respectful. High rank promotions- High ranks will now be hand picked by the Sovereign, and approved by the high ranks. Promotions are to be earned, no one will get any free promotions no matter who they are. Group logs will be checked every day, there will be NO skipping ranks. 2.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ON DUTY/OFF DUTY On Duty- Being on Duty places include, [Trainings, Raiding, Defending, Ceremonies, and Patrolling.] Off Duty- Not at VI raids, trainings, or war grounds. While off duty you do NOT need a uniform on. 3.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Maturity- Maturity is key. We will promote people that are mature, and honorable. The immature low ranks will NOT be promoted at all if they are not mature/respectful, and maybe exiled. 4.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Respect- You must show respect to ALL of your comrades, and high ranks. Also, to make this clear 'SHOW RESPECT TO YOUR HIGH RANKS' or you will be demoted in an instance! 5.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Training- At training you MUST have your uniform on, or you will be kicked/banned in an instant. You might get one or two warnings, but if it continues you WILL be demoted. You must show respect to comrades, and high ranks at the trainings, and follow EVERY order given. 6.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Raids- Be honorable. Fight fair. Wear uniform. Listen to EVERY order given to you by a high rank. 7▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ## Alliances: In order to form an alliance between your group and the Visceral Imperium, you must meet the following requirements: - Must have no less than 50 members from the current population of the VI (Subject to change). - Must have an organized appearance (Description, emblem, ranks, and places). - Must have a stated and active ranking system. - Must have at least 2 functioning places. - Must comply with VI Laws and Regulations, as well as any other policies. After meeting all requirements, only OWNER or HIGH RANK may request an alliance via Pm or meeting in person. Ally requests sent to the group without Pm or meeting will be immediately declined. --------- ## Enemies: (Also serves as criteria for declaring war) In order to become enemies with the Visceral Imperium, you must meet the following requirements: - Must have at least 2 functioning and raidable places that comply with the VI Laws and Regulations, and any other battle policies. - Must have no less than 50 and no more than 100 members from the current population of the VI (Subject to change). - Must have an organized appearance (Description, emblem, ranks, and places). - Must comply with VI Laws and Regulation, War Policies, as well as any other policies. After meeting all the requirements, only OWNER may declare enemy/war and must meet in person. 8▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ War Polices- War Policies must be accepted by both parties. If something cannot be agreed on in these Policies, it must be brought to attention so that a resolution can be made. The Visceral Imperium must also accept opposing party's policies, if any. If nothing is brought to attention before start of war, the Visceral Imperium will automatically choose the default policies and any other party automatically accepts. ## Fair Base Policy: - Bases used can be broken into. - All base rules must be accessible to all parties, otherwise explained before start. - No Empty Server raids (At least 4 VI members and 4 Raiders). - No Autowins. Raids that break rules are void. - No purposely making raid void (If you’re losing, you can’t break a rule so that neither team wins). - Similar or equal weapons on each team. - No Spawnkill. ---------- ## Behavior Policy: - No whining, complaining, etc. - No rude behavior, poor sportsmanship, harassment, etc. - No extreme/unnecessary flaming. ---------- ## Arrangement Policy: Option A: Raids are scheduled in advance with information including Time and Place. Must be acknowledged by both parties. Raiding without scheduling is prohibited. Option B: Raids can be done at any time as long as there’s 2 members on each side along with proof. Scheduling is not needed. ---------- ## Victor Policy: Option A: Goal is set and first party to reach the goal wins (Goal is amount of raids/defends needed to win). Option B: Parties are at war until one forfeits or if it is obvious that one party has no chance and the war is useless. ---------- ## Miscellaneous Policies: - Defends count as wins. - Missing scheduled raids count as loss. 9▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Group shouts are used to broadcast information to the rest of the group. All members that have the ability to use group shouts should know the proper codes that accompany shouts. ---------- ## General Notification Purposes: [NEWS]- Used for anything new that occurs. [MSG]- Message. Used for any message that needs to be broadcasted [BLTN]- Bulletin. Used for any important message that needs to be broadcasted. [ADM]- Administrators. Used for things that applies to administrators only. [NOTICE]- Used for any important changes happening in the group. ---------- ## Event Associated Purposes: [MEET]- Meeting. Used in the event of a meeting. [RAID]- Used in the event of a raid against someone. [TRAIN]- Training. Used in the event of a training (With location and time). [DEFEND]- Defend. Used in the event of an attack on the VI. [ASSBL]- Assemble. Used to gather members for an event or call an assembly. [FOLLOW]- Used ONLY for another miscellaneous purpose that does not have a tag. ** General Place Information is also listed in the GUI of all places ** 10▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ## Teams: Visceral Imperium (VI)- For members of the Visceral Imperium. If you are in any part of the VI, you'll be on this team and will have Your group(s)'s rank over your head. Allies- For allies of the Visceral Imperium or those seeking to aid the Visceral Imperium. Raiders- For those that wish to raid the group after complying with the rules and base policies. Visitors- For those that wish to visit the base. ---------- ## General Place Rules & Information: • Failure to follow rules = Kicking/Banning • Flaming, rude behavior, harassment, poor sportsmanship, etc. is not tolerated. • Complaining/whining is prohibited. You will receive no warnings, immediate kick/ban. • Items can be purchased by all teams (except Visitors) for the same price. They are located approximately the same distance apart for all teams. Complaining about unfair bases will result in immediate kick/ban. • Spawnkill is not allowed. Killing people in the spawn is prohibited, including your own team. Violators will be banned. • Entering the spawn area of any team for the purpose of spawnkilling, camping, waiting for players to exit spawn to kill, etc. is not permitted. ## Raid Rules- • 4 Members on VI + 4 Members on Raiders = Official Raid • Empty Server raids are not official. • No Auto wins for law violators. (Raids can only be void). • Purposely making a raid void is prohibited and is an auto win.
