Many of you decide that when someone goes from lowest rank to a very high rank, it's just an instant promotion. That person is friends with the leader, that person payed someone, that person made promises he can't keep, ect. ect. but there is a large difference between instant promotions and hiring.
Hiring in clans is generally not like hiring someone for a job, not at all. When someone gets hired to be HR, they would have all, if not most of the following qualifications:
>Past HR experience
>Past HR experience in the clan
>Other group experience
>Good reviews
>Sources
>Reputation
>Proof
>Ability to do a job and get it done
When someone has all of those checked off, they would be an ideal leader for HR. For example, here is my resume that would be an example for UCR:
>Past HR experience: HR in VS (Head of tech, Commander), RAT (Wild Card Marshal), UCR (Council), some other superclans and smaller clans.
>Past HR experience in the clan: UCR Council during Cake's era, worked up to Senator during TDFall's era.
>Other group experience: UBC Sr. Member, mS Administrative member, Ex. Sparrow Corp Developer (helped with Spectrum at times, too).
>Good reviews: My blurb shows something Meowmixxed wrote.
>Sources: I have many people who can do many things, including old building friends, scripting friends, and mS members who would be interested if needed.
>Reputation: Well known in VS, decently known in RAT, decently known in UCR, been C&Ging for a while.
>Proof: Places and tech I showed to plava.
>Ability to do a job and get it done: Richtig. Scripting whenever I can.
An example of an instant promotion in the resume would be something like this:
>Past HR experience: some small clans
>Past HR experience in the clan: just joined
>Other group experience: im in fan clubs
>Good reviews: what
>Sources: what
>Reputation: people know me here: http://www.roblox.com/Be-a-Parent-Teen-Kid-or-Pet-Old-Map-Back-place?id=88888253
>Proof: friends
>Ability to do a job and get it done: ya
Or in a more serious matter, if someone had barely any experience and no experience within the clan they're trying to become an HR in, then that would probably be instant promoting.
Considering many people know me as a good HR, great developer, and overall good person, I'm not an issue, and I shouldn't be seen as one.
Considering I'm a developer, a leader, and someone with UCR HR experience, plava hired me and I'm now good friends with her too.
Hiring goes on in EVERY. CLAN. EVER. I couldn't name a clan that has never hired anyone as an HR.
So that's the difference between an instant promotion and hiring. People who hire others know that they're hiring it, but don't know how to battle LRs when they get confused and upset. The truth is, there is no way. They're right, but so are you. After time, the LRs begin to see that the hired person isn't so bad, and he's doing good in the clan, so it's nothing to worry about anyways.

I'm not going to hold a vote on my position because I don't have to. And I could care less if I'm considered "one of you" by the secret and holy h3 trinity. I'm the tech guy, and my rep & rank proves it. I could be auto promoted or not, this is still all facts. |

No. You need to show to our new, reformed clan that you are a deserving HR. Not just, "Oh, hi, I'm an experienced calm leader, promo pl0x" Doesn't work that way.

A leader is not a leader.
I could list all the qualities of a leader, such as dedication and hard work, but you haven't shown any of that to UCR yet. You just got the easy way and jumped to H3. Yeah some, "leader" you are." |

I find how you think just because you have past experience means you have the right to get auto promoted to h3.I don't believe you are a very good person at all with how i see you backing yourself up.I don't care about the facts, Just because you have past experience doesn't mean you are going to help us advance.I have also never seen or heard of you before nor have i had a chance to see if you are actually someone that deserves a high position that many others deserve more than you do. |

I all honesty, it's not really fair. I can't just waltz into some random group and say, "I'm a highly respected HR in other clans" and expect them to promote me to a high rank with no experience/relationship what-so-ever with the members in the clan. Believe me, I won't get promoted. |
