I'm going to assume it's because ROBLOX Incorporated, as well as most of the moderators/administrators live in America. As Pokemon said, there really isn't a resolution to this. No one wants to get up in the middle of the night to make a hat.

ROBLOX has mentioned this in one of the Blog Posts, they said they are going global (international) and they need people to translate (re-write) a lot of stuff in different languages.
So hopefully this will also make ROBLOX more global when looking at releasing of items. |

I agree. I've only been able to buy a double rainbow (because it was going really cheap and nobody had been looking at it for ages) because of stupid time zones. WHY, EARTH, WHY? |

I wish people would stop acting like america is the only country. Roblox obviously care about all audience, thats why they made diffrent locations for conventions this year. I think roblox will work on this |

Say theres 300 left and there has been the same amount of sales in each country:

US: 100
UK: 100
AUSTRALIA (if they speak english there, I think they do): 100 |

Roblox already can release limiteds while offline. |

They do not base the time on your computer clock. Simply stay up until they release them, during the summer that is not hard to do. |
