Clothes don't show up in game

On the Test Server, on entering a game, no one's wearing a shirt, t-shirt, pants, or hat, just regular colors.

Thats a glitch. I noticed that too. It is only in some servers though. You could also say that some servers don't have the glitch because it seems like there are less that are working in that respect than those who are not working completely correctly...
