same here. the logo is different, it said there was an error when updating, and all the games i join are white screened. hELP ME TOO |

When ### ### # #################################### it will work. That's what I did. All the step's here didn't work and then I asked for a LIFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE then it worked. |

I try to restart my computer and if that doesn't work I see if ROBLOX on my tablet is updated, and if it isn't, I update it and try again.

I'm almost positive that this is a problem on ROBLOX's side. For some people with antivirus software I know that disabling its firewall and reinstalling ROBLOX has worked (If you try make sure to turn the firewall back on). I personally have tried this and it didn't work for me. |

My roblox wont update either,
when i press play it starts to load and then says getting the latest roblox, and then it stays at that screen forever... I thought i just had to wait, so 2 hours later i was still on that same message with no progress on the bar, the bar was just showing a green line passing by.
when i try and uninstall roblox, it also goes onto roblox and goes onto saying getting latest roblox.. i have no clue what to do! |

Okay, so I play on the iPad and I ####### to upgrade it and it would not work, yes I did restart it... but all I had to do was reinstall the app. Don’t know if this helped but, anyways. |
