There should be an option in the player list on the top right of your screen when your playing a game, to have it so when they click their name, there would be an option that says, "No Kill" or something like that. That would make it so you can't kill that one person no matter what.
---------------------------------------------|
k you can script this, no duh. But this isn't just for your own game. When your playing on someone else's game that didn't script this. This option would be easier for having a team.
Besides that, you should be able to un "no kill" them so that you can kill them again. There's lots of reasons for this but what do you guys think? (again, this is just an idea). |

Okay...And for games that involve killing?
And assuming you're not on the same team?
Or that there are no teams?
No support. You should just be more careful, or if it's your friends who hate being killed on accident, you can find new friends. |
Horrid idea.
What about games where the OBJECTIVE is to kill?
Plus, scriptable. |
anything else? read what I put. In a killing game, if you made someone un kill able, that person is only un kill able to you. That person can still kill you. And anyone else can kill that person. |
I read it, despite how badly you worded your suggestion.
Now why don't you read MY post, hm? Or maybe you're too dense to understand. |
it's hard to explain. Either way, I don't see how there is anything wrong with t his idea. |
Wait, so you can't kill friend, but friend can kill you?
Do you even read what you're posting? |
yeah I do. both people have to select that option so they both don't kill each other. Reason being. What if you made someone un kill able and you couldn't kill each other. Then if someone is pwning you, you could just do that. That wouldn't be fair. |
And what exactly is the point of this? What if they're friends and want to test eachothers skills in say, Sword Fights on the Heights? |
then dude, do you read my posts? I said that you can un "non kill able" someone! So then you can fight. |
OP,
Think about what you're posting. You're saying that friends should have the option of not killing each other in a game. What games are there that don't have some combat aspect, and are still entertaining enough to warrant attention? And how could this be of use to the community at-large, who oppose it?
Fact-of-the-matter is this; nobody wants this, except you. It would be a bad addition to an already-sinking game. If you're too small-minded to comprehend how, then you should learn a little about game development. |

it's just an idea. You don't have to be so freaking rude. Don't think your so high an mighty on every post. |

Really stupid, it could be abused.
No support at all. |

@mighty
Rude? No, I consider myself frank. But if I came across as rude, that's most likely you just getting biffed at your debunked idea.
As for thinking I'm 'high and mighty'. LOLNo, I'm just another - intelligent - forumer. It's a sad fact that my kind is a dying breed. |
You're only contradicted yourself, mighty. The point of killing games is to do just that, KILL. |
I don't think you people under stand what I'm trying to say. Either way, I guess you guys hate this idea so I'll end this here. It was just an idea. When i get an idea for Roblox, I just post it out there. I don't really care too much about this anyways. Maybe I should only post good things that I care more about. Anyways.

I don't think it seems like a bad idea.
You use it someone so they can't kill you? Nope, he said that they can still kill you, but you can't kill them.
Can't train with a friend anymore? He mentioned you could take it off.
This is in no way abusable, nor would it really take away from the game. |
