Broken tools EVERYWHERE

Broken, the normal 1x grid placement on tools is completely and utterly BROKEN. Parts almost always refuse to completely contact. Parts hover .001 units out of place. Move tools try to place blocks halfway between studs. Move tool wont put blocks all the way on the ground. Tell me i'm the only one having this issue, PLEASE.

Click. Drag. Do this until your whatever it is is on whatever grid you want it to be on. problem solved Exact same 'issue' that is really a user failure in the old studio.
