Making alternate accounts is something everyone does.
Copying games without giving credit isn't against the rules if the games he copies are uncopylocked.
As for the last one, do you have any true confirmation on that?
I agree that what he does is disgusting, but it's not necessarily against the rules. However, if he has been deleted in the past, then yeah, I think he should be deleted again. |

Did you even read the WNTS? It says that requests to ban people will get YOU banned.
Also, if he stole his mother's credit card number to get himself lifetime BC, I don't think it would work more than once as his mother would have changed cards before he would have been able to buy BC for a second account. |

Not at all, just reset your router for your internet and the IP changes. It is actually how J2V4 is on right now. Anyway, he has bought like 5 lifetime BC's, so ROBLOX doesn't care. |
