"Will do." I say as I drive through the traffic, sometimes taking a shortcut or two to keep my temper from the traffic down. |

Tom followed the agent out of the elevator cabin, keeping a few paces behind him. |

-Nell-
Your can has a built-in GPS supplied by the government. You can use that to better your navigation abilities.
-Thomas-
You both reach the Constabulary Commander's office soon enough. |

Tom waited for the agent to enter before going in. |

Some good in all this...
Is the bullet still in the wound? |
|

He shrugs, and opens the door first and sits down. The commander isn't there. "We'll wait," he says.
-Jessica-
You're not sure. You might be able to locate a possible exit-wound through touch. |

Tom nodded. |

I use the GPS when I'm in an area I don't frequently drive around, but some of my more faster shortcuts aren't exactly legal, especially when dealing with the before-mentioned people who pay more. |

I feel around the back of the wound to see if there is indeed an exit. |

Eventually, the commander walks in, pulls up the chair by his desk and sits down. "Was it a success?" he inquires.
-Nell-
You soon arrive at the destination.
-Jessica-
Yes. There is a small puncture hole in the back of your arm. |

"Nope." |

The agent glances at you. "Of course it was. We killed pretty much all of them and blew their apartment to kingdom come..." |

"No offense, but we lost two guys and literally didn't find anything except for this laptop..." Tom replied, giving an equally cold glance as he took out the computer from under his coat. |

Well, I suppose that's good.
I look down the alley, away from the fighting where I was. Anything of great interest? |

The commander rubs his chin. "A laptop is a powerful device when it's in the hands of a skilled person. And I'm sure our now-deceased associates found a lot more of those. Anyways, the majority of the insurgency you encountered probably consisted of mostly inexperienced militant goons who were set about to guard the several expert hackers that were held up there."
-Jessica-
It's devoid of people, and you only see strewn trash, propaganda posters, dumpsters and higher-up dusty structure windows. There's a ladder leading up onto the porch-building's roof as well. |

"Well perhaps it was a success. Found a few locked documents in there." |

Well.
Can I see the top? Are there any rebels floating about up there that I can hear? |
|
QuilboarJoin Date: 2010-05-17 Post Count: 18911 |
-Jessica-
Not right now.
-Thomas-
"What kind...?" he inquires. |

"We're at your stop, now's the time to pay the fee." I say to the man, keeping the doors locked until he pays for his ride. |

I quickly glance around for any nearby rebels. I doubt that I could get up there with my bad arm, but I could at least direct my comrades to the high-ground... |

"How much?" he asks.
-Jessica-
Most of them are rather far away, combat situation-wise. They're mostly hiding behind the cars on the street.
|
|
|
[Crap I fell behind.. Lemme find my last post yo] |
|
|
I turned and hopped to the next building on my side of the street, looking for a good opening to cross over. |

-John-
The street below is thick with opposition, there are no real safer areas. |
|
|
So I might just have to rush it?
I assumed I had a grenade or two on me.. So what if I sprinted as fast as I could from the far side of the building, kicked off, jumpjet, drop the grenade, than fight them backwards with my gun, to give myself even more of a boost towards the station. |
