Listen to this FASCINATING idea.
When your in a party and making a trade. If the other person closes the chat, the person still in it should be able to see the chat. That way if one person is scammed, and the scammer leaves the party chat BEFORE the guy who got scammed can screen shot it, he doesn't lose any hope of receiving his items, money, etc.
So basically, when a chat is closed, you should be able to go back and look at the chat logs to screenshot it for proof that the guy scammed you, etc.
